Important Reminders:

Be sure to order by the discount deadline to ensure the discount pricing. All products ordered after the deadline will be priced at the regular rate. 

DIRECT TO VENUE DELIVERIES:                                                                                    POV (personal owned vehicles) or company owned vehicles can unload from the street during designated  move-in times only.

All shipments from any carrier (NO EXCEPTIONS) will NOT be accepted directly at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City and must be shipped to the advance warehouse. Any direct to venue shipment(s) will be returned to sender or a re-route will be requested to have the shipment(s) unloaded at the advanced warehouse at the exhibitors' expense. Move-Out Note
All carriers must be checked in no later than 3:00PM on Saturday, September 26, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, Seven business day standard ground service, at the exhibitor's expense.

PICK-UP ONLY After the event is over:

Be sure to direct any carriers to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 1000 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ 08401,        September 26, 2026, between 1:30PM-3:00PM.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
