Pricing Reminder Be sure to order by the discount deadline to receive discounted pricing. All products ordered after the deadline will be priced at the regular rate.
Direct-to-Venue Deliveries

POV (personal owned vehicles) or company-owned vehicles can unload from the street during designated move-in times only.

All shipments from any carrier, with no exceptions, will not be accepted directly at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City and must be shipped to the advance warehouse.

Any direct-to-venue shipments will be returned to the sender, or a reroute will be requested to have the shipments unloaded at the advance warehouse at the exhibitor's expense. For more information, see the Hard Rock's official statement in the Resources category under Additional Show Information.

Move-Out Note
All carriers must check in no later than 3:00PM on Saturday, September 26, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, with standard ground service at the exhibitor's expense.
Pickup Only After the Event Please direct carriers to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 1000 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ 08401, on September 26, 2026, between 1:30PM and 3:00PM.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are:

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 3:00PM.

Freight received at the advance warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.

Direct Shipments
